HSPT Individual Coaching includes:

• 8 private coaching sessions with Paige, with an emphasis on strategy and accountability.

• A full-length, proctored exam, given at either Paige’s office or the student’s home.

• Access to an industry-leading online prep platform.

• Paige’s HSPT prep curriculum includes the following:

  • Course content focused on the most relevant techniques and topics.

  • An effective amount of weekly homework to reinforce lessons.

  • A 24-hour action plan for the day and night before the test to ensure success on test day.

  • 5 winning test-taking strategies for the math sections.

• Mid-semester parent-coach check-in and Q&A: Optional 20 minute parent-coach conference via phone about your student, his or her progress and any questions about the HSPT itself or related.

• The benefit of expertise with 8th grade math, through the lens of test prep, which inevitably translates to your child’s increased mastery and confidence in the classroom.

• The competitive edge and self-esteem boost that students experience when they have attained their personal best on a standardized test.

HSPT Mastery Program Structure

• Initial intake and assessment (over the phone)

• Full-length, proctored practice HSPT test

• Practice tests analyzed to create targeted lessons for maximum score gains

• Online platform for HSPT practice problems included

• Weekly customized homework assigned in online platform

• Coaching accountability for weekly assignments

• 8 HSPT content and strategy coaching sessions with Paige

  • Recurring weekly 75-minute coaching sessions (each student chooses a regular time slot for the coaching)

    • Paige will reschedule up to two sessions during the semester as needed without an additional fee.

    • Additional sessions for test prep can be added for an additional fee

    • Unused sessions can be applied towards academic math coaching, or high school placement test prep in the spring if score goals are reached prior to the end of the program.
